Learn More About Me

Hi, I'm Sarah.

I am an integrally trained counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I offer both in-person and remote counselling to a diverse variety of clients.

I am an accredited member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to the code of ethics laid down by them.

The university course I attended was a BACP accredited course, where I attained a Diploma HE in Integral Therapeutic Counselling.

Our training was extensive and diverse, incorporating a mix of counselling modalities, allowing a counselling style that can assess a client's needs and tailor a unique counselling style to suit each individual. This was followed by an additional course in Mindfulness, Meditation & Guided Imagery.

I attend regular supervision and enjoy working with people from all backgrounds.
